Villa Geef is a sumptuous residence located in a green area at the edge of the city of Sondrio, which is in perfect harmony with the mountain landscape that surrounds it.
The latter, in fact, is characterized by the typical vineyards of Valtellina and lends itself perfectly to accommodate the villa, which was designed specifically to leave nothing to chance.
The architectural design was developed by Damilanostudio Architects and is centered on a 750 sq. Ft. Residential floor area on a single floor.
The villa, specifically, develops according to two areas joined by a covered porch: one where less sunshine, welcomes the caretaker and the depandance for the guests, and the sunniest is the residence of the owners.
The Rimadesio brand contributed to the project by providing its sliding Velaria sliding doors that were joined to the Moon doors. The brand also features a Manta Emperador marble table and Cover storage system, placed in the entrance of the house.
