Presented for the first time in 1998, based on a project by Giuseppe Bavuso, the Zenit system by Rimadesio is now 20 years old.
For the first time, Zenit introduced a new type of upright bookcase and a series of important innovations. These include the exclusive system for hooking the elements, which makes it possible to conceive an "open modularity" and to produce an aluminum upright free of prefixed holes or hooks.
Selected in the Adi Design Index 2001, the Zenit system has above all been characterized by extreme design versatility: ceiling or wall, linear and angular and then as a bookcase, storage unit, TV stand, walk-in closet and wall unit.
The declinations are many and over time has been enriched with numerous variations of finishes, maintaining an image that is always current despite the past 20 years.
