Shortly, at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (CN) will start the project Tables Academic 2015, a series of meetings between students of the School of Cookery and some of the most prominent chefs of the Italian scene.
Meetings will be held in the prestigious seat of the Court Albertina, in a space designed by Valcucine where are display kitchen's systems New Logica System, Riciclantica and Meccanica.
The initiative, carried out in collaboration between Slow Food and Valcucine, confirming the sharing of values that link these two realities, both promoters of an original and innovative teaching model, that focuses on the kitchen not only as a place to exert discipline but also as a vehicle to express their own passions and pleasures.
