During the most important European trade fair in the furniture industry, the IFA, underway from 31 August to 5 September in Berlin, Valcucine collaborated with Signature Kitchen Suite, the new luxury home appliance brand of the Korean group LG.
Chosen by the latter to expose its new creations, the kitchen brand welcomed the proposal with enthusiasm. In fact, it is the first time that Valcucine participates in IFA, and that, above all, it does so through the exhibition of its flagship kitchens, namely Artematica and Genius Loci.
The kitchens were exhibited in an exhibition set up in the outdoor exhibition area - Sommergarten, Berlin Messe - of the fair, an area designed specifically to recreate a garden in an urban oasis. In common with the LG group, it is certainly the need to satisfy even the most sophisticated and difficult consumers, who are looking for a quality lifestyle, because they want to enhance the time spent in the kitchen.
Genius Loci, one of the last born Valcucine, is certainly the ideal solution to achieve this goal, as it was born to go beyond the normal idea of cooking, trying to make the space more intimate and more complicit. This happens thanks to the presence of drawers and storage spaces that are not simply a place to store objects or accessories but, inspired by the ancient secretaire, they would like to evoke a secret, intimate space, where to put the most private parts of their lives.
Complete the kitchen the maximum customization, which is possible thanks to the availability of multiple material variations and finishes.
